Dear all
Many times it has been observed that stronger jats donot allow the water of NAHAR or Rajbaha to reach the tail fields which are those of poorer jat peasants. What could be the remedy? Marginal jat farmer is already under crises and this tail water problem compounds his problems. Any Suggestions please.
