What is written in this article is a truth and I also think that it is right decision. But seeing the problem of corruption in our country we only can hope that It will be able to get desired outputs.

This is a good act to work on but we have to analyse previous rural employment programes that are being implemented.
Are we getting satisfactory results?
Mr.Kamleshwar has raised many issues in his article and they do have some extent of truth behind them.
Corruption,private investment,maketization of the livelihood and the so called black money all should be considered in this context that what the rural and poor public of India getting from all this.
Actually the poor is getting more poor and the rich is getting more rich.
We are talking about the national income but not on distribution scenario of the so called national income.
We have to make sure that this act is implemented with great honesty and entusiasm to eradicate poverty not like previous programes.
It is easy to make acts and programes but implementation is too hard and asks for determination,honesty and will to work that is rare to see in Indian buerocracy.
