Dear All Members,
As you already know, we would be conducting our Diwali function in November 2005. Tentatively, we are planning to do it on 5th November, subject to availability of venue. Myself and my very energetic team of Mr. & Mrs. Sanjay Roperia and Mr. and Mrs. Sandeep Varma are trying our best to find out a very good venue, that matches the occassion. Unfortunately the date falls on the first weekend after actual Diwali Day and hence all the communities want to have get-to-gather on that weekend. Nonetheless, we have tentatively finalized one location and have applied for its reservation. We are also trying for other locations if we don't get this one. The function in all probability will be held in a township close to Edison (our venue for previous years).
Your massive participation on the last Diwali function and the last Picnic, is a big motivating factor for us. We look forward for your participation on this day as well. Kindly mark your calender for this day.
