Parveen Dangi Episode - RESIGNATION

I started viewing this site in january this year and was abt to become member but certain things stopped me from doing so, like people were taking pride in pulling legs of eachother and the result was that some members made exit.

and now when things had started looking better with contribution from people like this active girl Parveen Dangi, i thought of becomeing member.

but it was disgusting to learn that she had to resign from this site and more dishearteing thing was that instead of convincing her most of the members started making fun of her. to me it looks like that there is a small group of 4-5 people who are in USA and other foreing country that they consider this site as a pass time and every time try to prove themselves above everybody. they are the most nonsense lot.

i think we as a community we are loosing traits like straightforward, blunt and clean heart people. more over the site owners didnt lost a second in removing her thread in which she has resigned, there was nothing wrong in that thread and she had just expressed her views.

I also fully endorse her views and in support i also resign.

This is not the first ocassion that some one has resigned coz of some nonsense which keeps on repeating here....prior to Ms. Dangi, there were about 5-10 good persons who resigned for this reason...frankly speaking i do agree with ur views that there was nothing offensive in that post so there was no need to remove that post but still the admin has removed it...i don't know what is there in the mind of admin but this act was really horrible.... i don know what's goin to happen to this site as what happened to Mr Uday Dahiya and now Ms Dangi, i think one day only admin guys will be their sitting and enjoying the previous posts.....may god bless all admins and other fellow members whose efforts are really helping in jreducing the number of members in Jatland :D :D

I do agree with you Mr.Dhaka and Mr.Malik.
I joined this site to learn about the community and to do something with the help of all the respected members for upliftment of the community,but what I found here is only time pass stuff and serious matters ignored by most of the members.
I talked with Mr.Dahiya and he told how he had to resign.Now Ms Dangi again had to resign and the admin removed the thread in which she put her views.This is too much and site is loosing good memebers.
Now I am thinking again about my future on this site.

How true your view are?I was very minutely observing that thread and there was not a single thing which that gal was saying need to be 'administratored' by so called the adminitrators.This is not the first time this thing is happening here on jat land earlier few of very respected members were treated like this by the administrators of jatland.There views were uncermoniously deleted from the threads and in some case they just remove the threads only to prevent other members of jatland to know the diferent(from the masses) point of view.they must understand that this is high time they should refrain themselves from doing this.If the persons has different point of view and he is putting that in parliamentary languge then the threads in which he or she writes should not be deleated from the discussion.It appears this site has become more of a personnel site for jats(administrators) settled abroad
I would appreciate if any of the administrators will come and explain why the thread in which Miss dangi proposed to resign was deleted from the forum.
They are acting the way america is acting with rest of the world.All is well if it is said in favour of america if some is going against america or its allies he has to pay the price, he will not be heard at all.
these guys are doing the same thing if u say all good things u will be heard the moment u go against it your voice will be removed from the forum.If this attitute of the administrators do not improve i would have to follow Maj kulwant,praveen dangi and balraj dhaka and many more who resigned from this site.

I really dont know what bunch of boys from USA, that you are referring to. I know Dangi off the site, as she is a good friend's cousin. She knows I was convincing her to take things on a lighter note, instead of making a hurricane out of non issues, all the time while her thread was exploding off the seams. I also read the posts of other guys, who in my opinion didnt say anything disrespectful. Some felt that it was a "tamaasha," and openly expressed so. When you point a finger at anyone, dont forget that the other four are pointing at you.

Issues regarding the upliftment, and other things concerning our community are very openly and rigidly debated on this website. Besides a lot of us have come in contact with some really wonderful people through this website, who we may not hesitate to consider part of our social and professional network. There are other issues that a lot of us consider on a lighter tone. Theres an entie humor section devoted to "suwadu" people. I dont know if you are one of them.

I dont know what you mean by the guys here in the US considering themselves above the rest. You wanna know how I feel. Yes I consider myself above the rest. I have worked my you know what off to get where I am. By the time I finish my degre, it would have cost me 1 crore rupees. By the time I would be done with my PHD or a regular GRAD degree I would be wel under 5 crore rupees. I odont know how well to do you are, but if you were to be in my boots, you would need to call "Kaun Banega Crorepati" not once but five times, and get selected each time, and win it five times. Good Luck with it. Besides the financial factors, I have come to know some really smart intellectuals here and in other developed countires. They influece a lot of people intellectually, while you guys decide on Hooda dowry case. Come on, take a chill pill. ANd give us a break. Rest aside, I am not one of those who just reach there, where they always dreamt. But I am of the nature. that I am gonnahelp others reach where I am, and use all I have within my powers and capabilities. ANd i expect the same from all other smart Jat bhai/bhen log around the globe.

Many of us agree with others, while others disagree. But at the end of the day its a whole lot of fun. I love all on this website, even though I may have differences of opinion. Before closing I want to thank all who have made this site possible. I assure you that there wont be a day that you guys will be reading the psots on your own. You have a dedicated membership, and we shall alwyas appreciate your efforts.

so we all have to join together and try that admin. change their behaviour so that our members dont take any action to resign from the jatland.

unfortunately I missed the last episode , that is the thread posted by miss Praveen Dangi b'coz i m out of station.
But only thing I know that she had resigned from the site.
As far as I m concerned what I know is that ,She is an impulsive gal. so might be due to something she might had resigned.

But I think that for a active member of the forum , it's quite hard to leave the place. As sometime we also walk out of our home due to some difference in opinion , she might have gone. But as we came back , She might have come back.

But what administator had to do with that thread I can't understand.

only thing I will pray to the almighty that, we all intelligent Jats( every body here is well educated) should stay here as a family and try to help each other.

bhai dekho no place , no man, no countary, no community, no language is perfect. so is jatland.com

we should see the good feature and ignore the bad.

I will request the administrators to send a personnel mail to all those jats and jatnis who had left due to some reason to come back, and admins should discuss the issue with them to ensure that those things do not happen on this site again.

and I personally also request to praveen and all others who had left to come back and be part of this family.

Kindly stop making mountains out of mole hills. This is what is called wrong channelization of energy. Let people learn the art of living themselves and if they believe it can be done by escaping and running away and by not facing the veracity of life (for that matter life here at jatland)..let them. Concern here is not the fights or the heated arguments, which take place between honorable members; they are part and parcel of the life (life here is jatland as endorsed by poonam ji) so no one is complaining against that. First thing is that the difference of opinion should not be person oriented. I have been observing that if one person has given particular view on the subject and the views are not liked by another individual he takes the thing personally and deviate from the main discussion. It gives an impression that we have here some kind of rightists and leftists on this site. But still that is not a big issue we as jats by nature has strong likes and dislikes so every one has right to like some view and differ with some but that difference of opinion should be put in a parliamentary language. If someone finds the view funny enough he should start another thread with the same name in humor section so that all of us can have funny time.
The major concern is the role of administrators. They are biased towards certain people they need to be real MODERATORS. They should take care of the contents (vulgarity and derogatory) only. They should not be censoring the thread on the basis of opinion. When ever they wish they just remove the threads from the discussion or they remove the opinion of a particular member and I am dead against that. Everyone has right to put across his or her point of view.
Now look at the attitude of our administrators this thread is 2 days old and in my first post I requested them to come and explain why these things happen. I am afraid no one has mailed me personally or came on the thread to reply why all this happening.
I don’t have any grudges with any of u fellow jatlanders but I want administrators should have more transparent way of handling this job.

The main reason , what people here r having "TU TU MAIN MAIN" is b'coz they use the thread to post personnel message pointing to some person rather than the posting abt the topic of the subject.

I had seen many threads started with very good subject but then after 3-4 replys the main theme of the thread was lost.

Here admins can play role, they should see that in a public thread there should not a post which is pointing to some person in particular.
and people do it indirectly.

I am not in support of the fact that we should make fuss of it but in sorting out the problems.

I fully agree with u, and i expect the administrators should do such kind of moderations but the only thing what i expect is that they should come forward and jott few lines stating the reason behind the moderation.it should not be like that one morning u find the particulr thread missing from the discussion without any reasons???
regarding praveen(not now) or any other member who have resigned due to immature behaviour of some of us i feel that we all are losers.loss is in form of thoughts and their knowledge.

On a lighter note this reminds me an incident when I was working at AIIMS. There was one this professor who got retired..there were speaches, gifts, group photographs and what not... Number two gave a long speech as to how he would miss his boss ( though happy inside that he would become the HOD). Next day morning this HOD comes back again with an extension letter and sits in his office...

Humne pehle nahi kaha thaa Praveen ji ki mat jao...magar aapne hamare se Vidai ke Geet bina gaye nahi manaa...hahahhaha...Anyway I am happy to see you back...

What I gather from the posts is that a female member of the forum got ticked off by remarks made by some other members.

Dont want to sound preachy but I feel having respect for each others views is important, even if we dont agree with them.

1) Lets remember why we joined Jatland in the first place.

2) Secondly lets not make things personal here, Pls avoid making personal comments (if that was done) and lets be objective.

Discussions should be used to learn and share views rather than proving each other right or wrong.

3) Lastly as mentioned by other forum members not to take things too seriously.....next time you see a personal comment being made...breathe deeply....and smile...it is not end of the world.

Jat's so called qualities, which u wrote to resign only exists in your posts.However there are some gentlemen who support your thinking process.Hope you had a wonderful time with us and surely we will wait for you untill you find another inspiration TO JOIN US BACK.Like you had got one to Resign, also untill then get in habbit of taking initiatives instead of inspirations.

I think i have posted my replies on the wrong thread.I should have started a new thread for this.seriously i am new to this site and i am not afraid of fights and tussles on this sight with anyone but i want that if i am swimming against the tide my opinion should be made available to others to have a look at.I am not worried about the fellow jatlanders but i am pertubed over the role of administrators i have posted many replaies for them to show up still they are not answering my querries.
regarding Mr dhaka i must say he needs to improve his public posting language.I was supporting Mr. dhaka on principle and not on the contents he had written.I am very much sure no body is indispensible here not even me ,u ,dhaka or dangi.In my view humme jatland ki jarrurat jyada hai rather jatland ko hamari.Mujse pehle bhi jatland aisa hi tha aur mere bad bhi issa hi rehega but haan yeh baat to hai jab mein yaha aaya tha aur jab mein yaha se jaoonga(bhagwan kare kabhi na jaoon...)mujme bahut farak aa chuka hoga.meri soch mein jarroor kuch badlao aa chuke honge.apni kaum ke liye shayd kuch kam kar chuka hoonga.apne kisse jat bhai ki madad kar chuka hoonga,apne kisse senior ki madad le chuka hoonga aur sab se jyada important bahut se jaat dost bana chuka hoonga.
so friends dont mind thoda senti ho gaya tha but life hai chalta hai.But one thing is sure i am jat and a soldier ladta rahoonga aur jab tak administrators meri baat ke jawab nahin denge i will keep writting about the nazi attitute of theirs.
