Job Title: Technical Support Associates (TSAs)/ ... includes working in night shifts
JOB RESPOSIBILITIES: To offer technical assistance, process requirements & interact with customers.
Experience:
0-3 months experience in the BPO industry.
OR
0 to 18 months in any other industry (apart from BPO industry), ready to join at the entry level position in Flextronics Software Systems BPO Services.
Qualification : Undergraduates (pursuing graduation through Correspondence) or Graduates from ANY STREAM with good verbal communication skills in English.
