kaise kare maintaine fitness aru body
i am saluram siyol from davangere karnataka.
i m working in jewellery shop. my timing morning 9:00 am to night 10:00 aur 11:00 pm.
i want maintane my body but not available time.
subah 7:00 am ko uthkar khana banana padta hain aur rat ko bhi yahi karna padta hain.
krpiya salah dijjiye ki mujhe body maintane ke liye kya karna chhahiye?
main aapna wt badhana chahta hoon. filhaal mera wt 68 kg hain aur height 6 fit hain.
plZ help mE.
