Have established one small library and small Gym for my DHANI youth and guiding them on all possible holidays. Am post graduate in social work , M.Phil in Human Rights and Doctorate in Education. Trying in my humble way to contribute in human resources development of the society around me. As military man, i believe that it is not machine but man behind who wins the battle. This amply clarify the importance of human resources for any organisation. Quality of any nation depends upon the quality of its people.
