Ajit Singh Dabas, Also Better known as Choudhary Ajit Singh, is a Jat from Kanjhawla village in Delhi who lives in Shahdra. Ajit Singh's father was a school teacher in Babu Ram School and after his transfer to Shahdra area settled there. He has been elected councillor from East Delhi for 3 times i.e. 1997, 2003 and 2007 on Congress party ticket. He is a member Surajmal Memorial Education Society also.
