Bharan (भराण) (Bharaan) is a village in Tehsil Meham district Rohtak, Haryana. It is known with another adjacent village Ajaib.

Origin

This village gets name after Nagavanshi named Bharana (भरणा).[1]

This village was founded by Shri Baddhu Bamel (on whose name famous Bamel pana) around 1700 CE.

भराण गांव में अनेक समुदाय के लोग रहते हैं जिनका आपसी प्रेम एक मिसाल तौर पर जाना जाता है। जात-पात के नाम पर कोई भेदभाव नहीं है। भराण गांव की उत्पत्ति सन 1700 ईसवी में "बद्धू बामल" नामक व्यक्ति द्वारा की गई। गांव में उनके वंश को आज (बामल पाना) के नाम से जाना जाता है।
