Dahiya Jats of Bhatgaon came from Khanda village many years ago. Khanda inhabited 12 villages Dahiya Jats so Khanda is the head of 12 villages of Dahiya Khap. The following villages of Dahiya Khap derived out from Khanda: Jharoth, Jharothi, Nasirpur Cholka, Sehri, Bidhlan, Nirthan, Nakloi, Kheri Dahiya, Bhatgaon, Tihar, Ratangarh and Garhi Hakikat.

खांडा गांव दहिया खाप के 12 गाँवो का जनक है जिसमे मुख्यतः झरोठ, झरोठी, नसीरपुर चौलका, सेहरी, बिधलान, निरथान, नक्लोई, खेड़ी दहिया, भटगांव, तिहाड़, रतनगढ़, गढ़ी हकीकत गांव शामिल हैं।

Russia Connection

Nikolai Bulganin, Premier of the Soviet Union and Nikita Khrushchev, First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and chairman of Council of Ministers visited Bhatgaon Sonipat on December 12, 1956. It was on December 12, 1956 when Dara Singh had made the Australian Wrestler King Kong bite the dust in the most talked about dual of the Indian wrestling history.

बहुत पुरानी कहानी है - दिसंबर 12, 1956 की। जब भटगांव में दारा सिंह चानपुरिया की कुस्ती हुई थी। ये फिल्मों वाले दारा सिंह नहीं थे, बलो का मैला लगा था, अलग अलग खेल हुवे थे, लडको की पंजाब स्टाईल कबड्डी, योग देव मूर्ति अपने छाती पर गाड़ी उतरवाते हुवे, पुराने पंजाब के समय प्रताप सिंह कैरो मुख्य मंत्री पंजाब, रणधीर सिंह बैयापुरिया, चौ. रणवीर सिंह हुड्डा जी मंत्री पंजाब थे और रसिया के राष्ट्रपति राष्ट्रपति निकोलाय बुल्गानिन और प्रधानमंत्री निकिता ख़्रुश्चेव भी आए थे. स्कूल के हैड मास्टर थे चौ.हरबंस हुडडा जी जो आसन गांव के थे उन का छोटा बेटा वेद हुडडा पड़ता था। उस समय का एक विडिओ यहाँ दिया गया है जिसमें हरयाणा के ग्राम्य जीवन की अच्छी झलक मिलती है।
