Bhinder gaon

Bhinder (भिंडर ) is a village in Amritsar district of Indian Punjab.

History

Village Bhinder is located about 1 KM south of GT Road between Rayya and Khilchian. The village is believed to be founded in the late 17th century during the time of Guru Teg Bahadur Jee. Majority of the village residents use last name Toor. but there are a few families belonging to Dhillons, Saran and Gills.
