Dorwal (डोरवाल) Dorewal (डोरेवाल) Dourwal (डौरवाल) Daurwal(डौरवाल) is gotra of Jats in Rajasthan and Haryana. Dorwal is gotra also found in Sikhs and Muslims.

It is believed that they used to keep cattle in the past and so known as dorwal after word Dhor means cattle.

In Rajasthan they dwell in Distt Sikar. There are about 200 families in Katrathal village of Sikar district. Dorwals of Rajasthan had come from Jhang area ofGujrawala) in Pakistan.
