Ismaila village is situated on national high way no.10 or Delhi - Hissar highway. This is khatri gotra village. khatri gotra and lora are the same gotra. In Balsamand (Hisar) also have lora gotra both means are same, the son of Ram Lov means lora. This village has a big boundary and two panchyats. There are many officers in Indian army and police services and judiciary. The guru of pt Lakhmi chand Sh Mangr Ram belongs to this village. Chaudhary Hazary Lal an IPs officer belongs to this village.
