Kalyal is a Muslim Jat clan found in Pakistan.

Distribution in Pakistan

Kalyal - The Kalyal claim descent from the Chandravanshi Jats. They are found mainly in Jhelum, Chakwal and Rawalpindi districts, and are the second largest Jat clan in the region, after the Gondal. Like other Jat clans of the Pothohar region, many claim to be Rajput.Kalyals are also found in Rajouri of Jammu and Kashmir.
