Kunwar Hukam Singh (कुंवर हुकम सिंह) of Angai has been a famous person from Sikarwar gotra. Kunwar Hukam Singh Raīs was a close friend of Raja Mahendra Pratap. He was a strong follower of Arya Samaj. He was connected with All India Jat Mahasabha through out his life. He took part in the movement for awakening and upliftment of farmers in Shekhawati. When the British govt refused to allow to celebrate the jayanti of Maharaja Suraj Mal, he offered himself for arrest and accompanied the procession celebrating his jayanti.
