Malaindi (), is a village in Shamli tehsil of Shamli district in Uttar Pradesh.

History

It is the story in the village that during the Mugal period, The Jats of Kalirawna gotra stayed in the village during their Ganga Darsan visit and fought with the Rangad Muslims to librate the village. After the successful libration of the village, they stayed their with the Sheorans (main native). Today their is approximately equal number of population of Kalirawna and Sheoran. The village is very rich in case of agriculture and education.

The Malaindi village has population of 6949 of which 3811 are males while 3138 are females as per Population Census 2011.[1]
