Nyol (न्योळ) Nyol (न्योल) Nol (नोल) is gotra of Jats found in Churu, Hanumangarh, Jaipur districts of Rajasthan. Also found in Haryana and Punjab. It derives its name from Nyol, the strong iron chain with lock put to protect camels from theft. They are descendants of Maharaja Nahusha (नहुष).[1] according to the bards, this gotra is considered as a branch of Chauhan.
