Prem Singh belonged to Indian Foreign Service (1964 batch). Belongs to West UP. Date of Birth: 8 July 1940.
He retired from Service in July 2000. His last posting was in Singapore (India's High Commissioner).
After retirement, he was also appointed as foreign investment adviser in Haryana Government.
His foreign postings included Beirut, Geneva, Port Said, Port Louis, Bahrain, Washington, Kuwait and Singapore. He served as Ambassador of India in Bahrain and Kuwait and as High Commissioner in Port Louis, Kuwait and Singapore.
