Ramdhan Hooda

Chaudhary Ramdhan Hooda belonged to the largest village of Hooda gotra - Kiloi in Rohtak district, Haryana. He was the principal of the only college that existed in north India at layallpur(now in pakistan). He played a significant role in developing more than 20 hybrid varieties of paddy and wheat at H.A.U. Hissar.
