- Hi Deswalji, Haryanvi Language 2 is not properly linked with other pages. Can you fit in to Haryanvi Language itself so that this part is not missed ? You can send message on my Talk page. thanks. Lrburdak 23:16, 26 August 2006 (EDT)
- Hi Deswalji, Haryanvi Language 2 has been integrated to Haryanavi Language and I have changed the format. Now I have given a horizontal index of content after notes so that you can directly go to words of that alphabet and edit or see. Hope you like it. Any more suggestion ?--Lrburdak 23:38, 10 September 2006 (EDT)

in the haryanavi dictionary, the hindi text has to be outside the brackets, else the links break... fixing some, plz see others.
external links
sir, lets not provide links to wikipedia for topics that we are already covering here (eg: people's bio). we might as well add the text here.

Jat gotras in Hindi
I have completed list of remaining gotras in Hindi and put this message, With your permission, on notes on Gotras page:
- Jat Gotras in Hindi have been added with due care. But if you feel some gotra is wrong you may correct it. Alternately you may put your suggestion here or here.
Thanks, Lrburdak 11:21, 25 October 2006 (EDT)
Expand Languages
Hi Deswalji, I am thinking to expand the languages section. For example we can divide Haryanvi Language in to sub sections such as
- Glossary of Haryanvi language - The present dictionay be transfered to this subsection
- Folk tales of Haryana
- Haryanvi Music
- Haryanvi grammer
- Idioms and phrases in Haryanvi
Similarly we do for Rajasthani Language. That way it can become a proper form to develope and learn the language. Now with Hindi tools it is very easy. How do you feel? Lrburdak 11:15, 18 November 2006 (EST)
The idea is excellent, Sir. But I am doubtful whether there will be enough material for "Haryanavi Grammar". There would be a lot for "Idioms and Phrases". Rather than "Haryanavi Music", it could better be termed as "Haryanavi Folk Songs" under which there could be a sub-page attributed to Dada Lakhmi Chand, who was de facto the "Rajkavi" of Haryana Dndeswal 11:29, 18 November 2006 (EST)
- Thanks Deswalji, We will get slowly the literature builtup. I have done some edits in your contribution and did categorization. In Haryanvi Folk Lore page we can keep separate pages for different authors so that page size will not exceed and people can read author of their interst. Hope you like the edits. One suggestion when you give me a message on wiki put it on my discussion page so that I can see immediately when open the wiki. Lrburdak 03:26, 26 November 2006 (EST)
Thanks Burdak ji. Keeping separate page for authors is a good idea, otherwise page may become bulky. Regarding Haryanavi proverbs and idioms, how should we about - I mean how to arrange it alphabetically? I want to add some idioms and proverbs, all in Devanagri. I intend to split it in the same way as in Dictionary (A-Z). The idiom will be put in relevant section
according to Roman alphabets, though the entire text would remain in Devnagri only. Regards.
Dndeswal 05:17, 26 November 2006 (EST)
- Go ahead as per Hindi alphabetical order in Devanagari only. It is folk lore so we need not to give english version. Mean while I am doing some Changes in Rajasthani Dictionary. each entry consists of Romanized Rajasthani word, then Devanagari Rajasthani word and then Hindi equivalent word. Then english meaning. This way it will become trilingual. Lrburdak 07:58, 26 November 2006 (EST)
Jat villages links
Hi Deswalji, Jat villages article be created with single English names only. Hindi name may be given in the text. That will help search on net. Links to articles in Jatland Wiki are provided by double brackets such as Charkhi Dadri . If you include Hindi name in the brackets, it will be delinked from other areticles. Blue link shows active link connected with that article. I have done changes accordingly in your articles. Thanks. Lrburdak 23:38, 14 January 2007 (EST)
Arya Samaj
Hellow Burdak ji, I have added some text in Arya Samaj page under sub-heading "Jats and Arya Samaj", quoting Hindi text from Satyarthprakash. Hope it is OK. You may change the title if necessary, make necessary changes in English text and also add some more English text as this topic seems interesting.
Dndeswal 03:59, 27 January 2007 (EST)
Thanks for Hindi content
Thanks Deswalji, It was indeed needed. I had once requested at some place on Jatland to add this Jatji and Popji story from Satyarth Prakash. You have done good Job. We will now explain its gist in English below the story in a small paragraph. We will also add this story in our language section in Folk lore page. This story tells progressive thinking of Jats. Lrburdak 22:47, 30 January 2007 (EST)
Thanks Burdak ji. Actually, I seached the English text at the website of Arya Samaj Jamnagar. They have put English Text of Satyarth Prakash on the web page. But I could not locate this part because the link was not working. If someone has English translated versopm of Satyarthprakash, it would help.
Dndeswal 05:18, 31 January 2007 (EST)
Hellow Burdak ji, I have added some material, along with images of some traditional musical instruments, to the Haryanavi Music page. Hope it is ok. You may make amendments, if necessary. all the text, however, is in Devnagri.

रामप्रसाद 'बिस्मिल' की आत्मकथा
Burdak Sir, I have put Autobiography of Ram Prasad Bismil on Wiki (in Hindi). It is only 50% now, shall add the rest of it in Fourth (last) chapter. Shall also write a short introduction of Bismil in English in first (Introduction) part. I have uploaded his picture on the site but it is somehow not visible on Autobiography page. Please rectify this so that picture is also available. I hope to complete the entire task in another 2-3 weeks. Later, after completion of this task, you can also put its link suitably at Wiki home page and wherever you deem fit. Thanks.
Dndeswal 14:33, 23 November 2007 (EST)
- Thanks for contribution, Deswalji. I have done necessary changes. You may like now. Looking to the length of article, Ramprasad Bismil, we can make separate pages foe each volume. What do you think? Laxman Burdak 02:19, 24 November 2007 (EST)

That was NOT an Objectionable Text.
Hello Sir, Whatever i posted on 2nd January 2008 regarding Berwal Gotra was not an objectionable text. There are several Castes in this country. And One gotra is not necessarily belongs to only one Caste. And how can it be said that if one gotra which is a Jat Gotra and if the SAME gotra belongs to a lower Caste.......then it becomes Objectionable if mentioned or written. The samething happened with you. And you appeared to be quite hurt when i disclosed the fact that Berwal Community Members are in Majority belongs to a Lower Caste. If you don't like then I refrain to mention that Caste name here. I am telling you this information because I myself belongs to this community and this is my Gotra as well. And you can, if u want, check the popullation data to clarify your doubts. But for one thing, I assure you that The Berwals are the most advanced people in that particular Caste, the using of the name of that CASTE, you think Objectionable. Sorry to say but you have a narrow minded thinking.

Hi Deswalji,
I have formatted the main page of Jatland Wiki. I am not that techie but tried to impropve. If our some techies can suggest the improvements, that will be better. We need to bring more people to contribute on Jatland Wiki. My newest article is चौधरी रामदान डऊकिया. Translation of this article in English can be of good use.

Veerbhoomi Haryana
Hi Deshwalji, Nice work on Veerbhoomi Haryana. I think Veerbhoomi Haryana has been uploaded completely. would you like to format it as has been done for History of the Jats. First page will be index and it will give links to each chapter. This is proper format on Wiki. In that case pages will not be too long. It will be easy to have links from other pages also. If you agree we can do that change?
regards,
