Yashish Dahiya, 32, joined ebookers.com in June 2003 as head of CRM. Since then he has been successfully appointed Managing Director UK, where he is directly responsible for UK business. He has been involved in the brand consolidation of ebookers.com, Travelbag and Bridge the World.

Yashish joined ebookers from Bain & Co, having previously played a lead role in implementing a CRM system for a major international mobile telecommunications company where he worked in Private Equity and General Consulting, having graduated from INSEAD with a high distinction.
