Dear Mr. Gehlot,
Extreme on any thing is not good. The best thing is that you know about it. Many people don't even know about what they are and some times don't even listen to suggetions. So, you are in a very good situtation to start with. Now the question of if some one is testing your patience. The first thing is that you try and start testing his/her testing skills. This would keep you cool for if you react that person would have achieved what he/she wanted to achieve, i.e. your reactions. Keep remiding your self during that testing period that you have to remain cool and calm. It is not difficult, you just have to do it once and then you would know that you can do it and over a period of time it will become your second nature. I wish good luck to you to achieve what you want to.

trust me, you can never gain anything by losing your temper.
an angry man can never take a right decision.
Deal with your enemies also with a cool head.
You losing your temper is your enemies first victory. Once you ve lost your temper he doesnt have to do anything, you will destroy yourself.

thanks everyone for the response......at present i am trying to avoid the situation and let things settle down......if it continues.....I will do what is the right thing......no compromises when one is right
