meri do man pasand deshi dish ye hain... (naam sunte e muh mein pani aa jya )



1. Missi rotti (nyoni Ghee mein katai Tar honi Chahiye), gud ka dala er ek lotta chhya (Mattha).


2. makki ki rotti er saag mein nyoni ghee,


bas nyu dikhhe ek jane jannat dharti pe e aagi.

I dont kow if I will once again be able to relish these all time favorites. Unfortunately, I look at all food in terms of calories, saturated fat, cholestrol, and sugar carbohydrates. Using these standards, the dishes are a killer. They will choke my arteries and give me a major heart attack.

Now, I know that older generations lived to touch 100, and used to eat such a diet nearly every day. What do you think was the reason, that they still managed to live for so long?

mahre bap, dadda, pad dadda, sare eisa e khana kaya kare te un to heart atteck koni huya, shareer ne kuchh kasht do, mehnat karo our jo kuchh bi holye te mera kaan pad liye, sahi tareeke se khya hua jaher bi dawai ka kaam kre, er galat tareeke se dawai bi jaher ka e kaam karegi
