I am attaching the jobs that are required by our company asap basis. Metso Minerals India Pvt Ltd is 100% subsidiary of Metso Minerals -Finland and is registered in New York Stock exchange.

We are into manufacturing of heavy engineering equipment's like Stone crushers, screens, Mineral processing machines like used in Iron ore, coal washeries etc, slurry pumps.

We have a factory at Bawal Industrial area situated adjacent to national Highway fm Gurgaon towards jaipur. the distance is 65 kms fm Gurgaon.
The travel distance is 1 hour.

Most of our staff stay at rewari town, 8 kms distance from our factory.

All candidates are to be BE-Mech. qualified.
Direct job exp. of heavy engg. in fabrication and assembly of equipments is a must, except for positions in IT, Imports, Stores.

1. Position 1 Manager- Planning -Production -Head Function
Job Responsibilities :- Head of planning, key skills need-excellent all round knowledge of planning production Heavy Engineering, fabrication function. Ability to interface with Sales managers & production team . Young energetic man with methodical processes approach . PC goods skill in Excel is must, shipping skill is a bouns point.
Qualification :- BE-Mech, Min 7 to 10 Yrs quality work experience .
Salary :- INR-5.5to 6 lacs.

Position 2: - Engineer - (Planning )
Job Responsibilities :- This position will provide key support to Head of Planning. Key skill need -good all round knowledge of planning Heavy Engineering , fabrication production function. Ability to do good homework & coordinate with production team , production estimated cost vis a vis actuals. Young energetic man with methodical processes approach . PC good skill in Excel is must ,shippin skill is s bouns point.
Qualication : - BE- Mech . Min 3 to 4 years quality work experience .
Salary - INR- 3 lacs.

Position3 - Engineer( Production)- Assembly
Job Responsibilities :-Excellent skills in handling top quality jobs in Assembly of multiple type of Equipments. Heavy Engineering. Background is a must
Qualification : BE-Mech. Min.2 to 4 yrs quality work experience.

Position4- Engineer( Production)- Assembly

Qualification : BE-Mech. Min.2 to 4 yrs quality work experience.

Position 6- Engineer-(QA)
Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for QA in shift work. Must have the ability *to understand Heavy Engg. fabrication processes. To ensure top quality assurance. Ability to use quality methodology with instrumentation is must.
Qualification : BE-Mech. Min.2 to 3 yr. quality work experience.
Salary -INR- 3 lacs.

Position7- Executive-IT
Job Responsibilities :- Would be incharge of IT function at Mfg.Unit.Skills inventory must include ERP implementation, maintenance of Intranet, Email, trouble shooting Software and PC Hardware issues on day today works.Would interface with IT Deptt at HO at Gurgaon. Must have hands on ERP experienced in a reputed middle sized Manufacturing unit.
Qualification : B.E.Mech , With 6 yrs quality experience
Salary -INR- 3 lacs.

Position 8- Dy.Manager-Crusher Repairs
Job Responsibilities :- Head of ARF function. Ability to do estimates, actual vis estimated costs, liason with Service, Parts etc. Ability to take care of Assembly in production during the phases of low ARF volume. Must have Exceelent job knowledge of Maintenance and re-assembly of Heavy Engg.. equipments.
Qualification : B.E.Mech , With 6 yrs quality experience
Salary - INR- 4 lacs.

Position 9- Sr.Executive-Stores
Job Responsibilities :- To provide vital support to HOD -Stores. *Ability to handle inventory management, material handling, ERP, Despatch. Exprience. In Heavy Engineering Industry is preferable.
Qualification :B.Com, Diploma in Material management. With 4 yrs quality experience
Salary - INR- 2 to3 lacs

Position 10- Executive -Costing
Job Responsibilities :- Tracking of actual Costs, analyze against estimates couldn't be done accurately till now. To provide vital support to HOD. Ability to handle cost management. Work Exp. In Heavy Engineering Industry is preferable. A person doing costing estimates in Planning function is the key in fulfilling this position.
Qualification : B.E. Mech. With 4 yrs quality experience in cost analysis
Salary - INR- 3 lacs.

Position 11- Manager Purchase (Head of Functions-Purchase, Sub Contracts, Imports ,Costing ,Stores)
Job Responsibilities :- This is an Apex position. Head of *Supply Organisation at Mfg.Unit. Responsible for (1)Logistics (2)Imports (3)Sub Contracts, Out sourcing, Vendor development (4)Stores (5) Shipping. Key skills must be in Planned and methodical approach Mainly in Purchase and Sub Contracts.
Qualification : B.E. Mech. Diploma-material mgmnt. *Top quality direct experience. Of min. 8 years
Salary - INR- 6-8 lacs.

Position 12- Engineer-Sub-Contract
Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for providing quality support to Head Purchase in terms of Sub Contract and vendor management function on sub-contracted parts. Key ability in finding new supplier sources in NCR, development work, getting top quality equipments fabricated in time, at estimated cost.
Qualification : B.E. Mech. With 4 yrs quality experience
Salary - INR- 3 lacs.

Position 13- Executive-Imports
Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for providing quality support to Head Purchase in terms of complete function of Import of equipments and delivery upto Factory premises. Must be independent in his working and definitely result oriented.
Qualification : B.Com/BA, With 4 yrs quality experience
Salary - INR- 3 lacs.

Position no-14--Executive/senior executive--Adminstration
Metso Foundry Unit at Ahmedabd
Young person with 4 to 7 years direct job exp. in handling Admin. and welfare work related to staff and workmen, handling labour compliance, PR with Labour Deptt. Handling manpower contractors, Security, Canteen, Houusekeep, Horticulture.
The position would report to GM-Foundry and also to me.
Salary range/pm- Rs-15000 to 18000.
Qualification-Graduate. PC MS office

Please *give only Heavy Engg. fabrication business industry background candidates.for Planning, Quality, Costing, Stores, Purchase, Vendor development, Production, ARF.

Only IT and Imports profiles can be considered from other than Heavy Engg. Industry back ground.
