No mean to offend you boy but you should approach to Reliance customer service and enquire possible steps to get you in a new petrol pump instead of embarrassing everyone here.

You should have asked, if anyone on Jatland is connected to Petrol Pump business. Then If someone answered you in a positive way, you could have asked for help or info.
