What Does This Mean?

Dear all,

I saw this sign under my profile while posting the reply to a thread.

I don't understand what does that mean? I don't see that under other member's profile.

The sign it like this

tevatia ji u might not be aware moderators have recently started this to warn jatlanders if they do not follow appropriate manners .go in about jatland section u will know this in detail .once it reaches 100% then that peson get banned

Reminded me of the following thread:

when there was a whole string of "resignations" (ha ha ha ha) because
some member (Mrs Niti) was listed as "moderated user" which meant that
she was under observation for her unacceptable posts/activities. Some
fellow members went up in arms as to why she should be a "moderated
user" and not them...he he he he he.

I hope no one sees the 0% here and start resigning as well. :D :p ;)
