A posture can cure a posture. The best way to mend a back problem that comes with long ours in office sitting wrongly on chair is to sit calmly in a yogic posture. The health deteriorates because of stress and pollution and we look for effective ways to unwind and keep our bodies intact. In a world where common man leads a very busy and stressful life, spending few minutes with oneself can make all the difference.
