hi people , the time has come to ignite the engine n to press d gas pedal hard :).. yes i am talking bout HIMALYAN CAR RALLY ... Asia`s longest toughest car rally.....:cool: 70 participants r going to participate ...im the only one frm Haryana:)

High up there,16000 feet above sea level there`s not enough oxygen for lungs,leave alone feeding it through intake ducts to a starved engine....there`ll b a lot of pressure on d driver dat he has to push his car to the limits but for the navigator it`ll b one of d best rides of any amusement park of the world :p(kiddin)...

rally`ll start frm shimla on 30th.i have to reach there before 27th for vehicle scrutiny and briefing.my compi no. is 24.i`ll get compi stickers after gettin the scrutiny done. i am going with JATLAND.COM stickers on my vehicle:)..
vehicle is well prepared for the rally... it has a rollcage,reinforced diffrential tubes,,8 shock absorbers ,,compition spring leaves,,rally seats ,rally belts,,circuit breaker,, fire extinguishers,, wheel bracket,, bonnet fastners,,exhaust header with muffler... electric fan conversion... aur bhi ghana ey sauda:p..

hi im back with finishers trophy:o:o......finally i brought my vehicle home safely.....couldnt make position just bcoz of my navigator`s blunder...:mad:in the transport section we had to reach at time check in the given time ...i was fighting for a single second but bcoz of navigators wrong calculations we made early entries:o:o.. on the first day i was expecting 5th or 6th position as i was taking comp stages like bat out of hell,,bt when i saw the results,, kaati chala paat gaya ... we had panelties of 2.30 hours on the first day ,......after checking the results we dint talk to each other for 5 hours {he he}.. fer normal hoyey:p.....aur kahi kimmey na aagey dekh lewengey ;) hamari dono ki hi galti rahii saari
but it was d most thrillllling experince of my life .. i was going flat -out in stages with the knowledge dat death can only b a hairs breadth away...a lot of times gypsy went out of control ...... d best part of the rally was my 4to5 seconds stay in the air .. i was flying at the max rpms and suddenly a bump emerged on the gravel track and on gravel track if u apply brakes ur gone. u have to control ur vehicle by degearing and i dint have enough time to de gear.... aur fer bump pey aakey imagine karlyo key hooya hooga ...:eek:..
well , i m happy now dat i have completed most toughest n longest rally where most of the senior competitors were in the did not finish list....now i am looking forward for next rall which`ll b held in november in chd......:)
