hi.. i have a big problem at hand.. till 2 months back i was very regular with my gym it was working, but due to work pressure i had to take a break from it and now have realised taht i have bloated!! my work timings does not allow me to go to the gym and i am confusd as to what to do?? i know i have a tendency to put on weight am am worried.. i eat normally but then cannot even starve myself.. please suggest what to do..

redhu jee, aaj ke nojawano me jim ek aam baat ho gayee har sahar me
kam se kam 4 -10 jim mil jayege or wo bhee kafi mahange, exercise
theek hai karnee chahiye parantu agar aap jim jate to jaruri hai kee
waha par expert coach kee guidence me hee jim karna chahiye kyo kee
jim ya weightliefting me jara see lapar wahi aapko apang bana saktee hai
dusra aap sans kaise lete hai kab aap ko sans lena hai or kab aap ko
sans chodna hai ye bate jim me kafi kaam atee hai. fir iske liye jaruri
hai protin yukt diet jaise:- dal, egg, milk, meat, etc... main baat
hai regularty aap ko regular jim jana jaruuri hota hai. koi bhee exericse
jhatkae se mat karo.

weight agar aap loos karna chate hai to pahale pani jyada pijiye salad
fruit juice jayad lijiye, fat band karde or yoga or pranayam roj kijiye
aap ko jim jane ki rarutat nahi padegi. aap subeh 5 baje aastha chanel
par baba ramdev ko dekhe or jo we batate hai wo kare. 5 A.M morning
aasthan channel.

i would like to give a few suggestions for loosing weight.....

1. drink a lot of water (warm water if possible) in the entire day. (specailly in morning before brakfast)
2. never miss u r meals or if u do so than always keep a check on ur food while eating don't eat more than ur capacity b,cause at that time u have a great strave and effects reverse on ur body
3.just bring out 15min. for ur exercise from ru daily routine .
4. never go for dieting.
5. never take oily food or the food which have fats during night. that increases fat in ur body

i am sure these steps will help u a lot in reducing ur weight with in two weeks.

To loose weight :

1. Never starve, by starving whatever the amount of weight you looses 70 % is the muscle and only 30 % is the FAT.

2. Avoid fat, if cant then go for unsaturated fat (i.e peanut oil, soyabean oil) rather then saturated ones (i.e ghee, butter). Unsaturated fat have less possibilities to get stored inside the body.

3. Dont take water right after the major meal (Bf,lunch,dinner). Taking water right after the big meal can interrupt digestion process because it get mixed with digestive engimes and gastric acid which results improper digetion. Take water atleast 20-30 mins after the meal.

4. Excersice regularly, if cant then walk maximum, whenever possible wherever possible.

5. Drink water (min 2.5 litres a day)
