Hi,

Actually i joined here in dec'06 only.I am into a banking domain project and here we have lots of onsite opportunities. And in general here onsite options are quite a lot in many projects.
and regarding packages, it depends how much u can bargain and how ciritcal their requirement is.And for develpers they generally offer 4.5-5 lakhs for 2 years of exp and probably for 2+ they may offer a packg of 5+.Although that is not very good pckg but definately can be considered if u get any onsite.
Overall Xansa is good name to join.Probably it can help u, if any more doubt u can ask.

Regards,
Meenu
