Today’s law what a normal man can expect from this , what could be more worse than this, that a man was asking for compensation for the past 23 yrs when he lost his son during riots in 1984 .
After riots he was unable to found his son’s body or any such evidence that , proved that his son was murdered during those riots ,and to claim for compensation he need his son’s death certificate for which he fought for 20 yrs in court to get his son’s death certificate. And its nearly 3 yrs he was pleading for compensation but no one to hear .. He had suffered a lot during these years , his other two sons and his daughter was so shocked from that incident that they are now mentally challenged and fighting for their lives ,and still no hope for compensation .Last week his wife died , now he has lost his patience ,he told government to have mercy on them and now he is asking for death as nothing left to look forward to .
This is a story of one family , don’t know how many such families are waiting for compensation ,many government came and gone but no such law was made to help such people or in near future there isn't any hope that such law will be made to help those who lost their people .
Thanks to our government, that after 23 yrs it does not allow them to forget their past.
Do our government need more time .??????

Why one, there are many. The families of soldiers who went missing in wars, the family of victims in various riots or of any other tragedies, there's no count of such injustices.
See Sidhu's (thou I personally like the fellow) case, he got convicted after 18 yrs, and now dont know how long again in supreme court.
This is basically the problem with our system,, the system is faulty.
