Hello! Jatland,

Im here suggesting a gud Yoga site link, in which very gud info & procedure r given about Surya-Namsakar & other gud Yoga Asanas.

Guys, *Surya-Namaskar* is best excercise for warm up & regular work out....if u guys lack time then u can try Suryanamaskar cuz its takes not more then 15 mins a day for 12 sets but benefits r huge!

so just start Suryanamskar in morning n start it with 6 sets & then increase it to 12 reps.... believe me u'll start feelin fit in less then week.

it wud have been great if you cud have posted some of your pics while practicing these asans...otherwise you have alwayz been an inspiration to health freaks...

maaine shuru kiya hai yoga kuch dino se.....but suryanamaskaar mujhe sabse bura lagta hai coz ussme bhout mahnat lagti hai....or bhout lamba hai......sach mein suryanamskar bhout fayde mand hai......agar dhang se kiya jaye to....

Mere jaisse logo ka kya hoga Jit...jinke liye subah jaldi utna namunkin ke barabar hain...:)

hummmm...manjee tumhare jaise logo ke liye ek hi illaz hai....unke chere par ek jug paani dhol diya jaaye roz subah!! :cool:

fir neend ki neend bhaaj jaagi saath mein refreshment bhi ho jaagi chehre ki :p

waise jyada neend aane walon ke liye bhi Yoga mein jugaad hai...kaal bataonga find out karke!! till then sleep well ;)

you know, in success and health there are no shortcuts...so you have to work hard if u want success....same for suryanamaskar :)

guys, jo jitu bhai ne kaha hai vo ek dum sahi hai....isne muje bhi sikhaya tha and I say it works!!
