Sandeep Sejwal produced the record of the day in the 200m breaststroke event which was also his personal best. His 2:26.80s sunk Deepak Kumar's 2002 mark of 2:29.85 and gave Delhi the first gold medal from the men's side. The Karnataka medley relay quartet of N.A. Sandeep, Abhishek, Rehan and Aniketh D'Souza, produced a new mark of 4:05.99s to better the previous mark of 4:07.81s by Kerala set in 1997

Na Rahul...ibb tai yo bhi sudhar jaga....He has got a SON now....ibb iss ke kaaljey mai seelak padgi hogi:D arr yo nyu sochega akk mere aaley aib mera chhora karan laagya tai mai marr gya;):p
