And the stress level these CEOs have at present in India (it is 2nd highest at CEO level in India after china) if applied to these "NETAS" for a month or more, 50% of them will have heart failure!

and even now the CEOs in India are still paid around USD30000 less as compared in the other developing countries countries like Brazil and china.

Indian pm is right in his suggestion.....These things gives birth to more inequality in the society....

Ofcourse these M.P's get paid more....their wages shudn't be increased any more in future...Practically seeing they never need such amenities as they can easily get their perks from their private businesses also...????

But that's how it is....

Does the PM not have any other issues to take care of - why does he care what a private company wants to pay its employees - none of his business.
He needs to shut up and do his own job - and not kiss Sonia's a** for everything.

The other side of the coin:

The monthly meager salary (Rs. 12000) of an MP is subject to Income Tax. Hence, about 33 per cent of the total yearly salary goes towards Income Tax.
MLAs of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh draw more salary than an MP.
An MP has to maintain his household and office at 3 or 4 places : in Delhi, his home constituency and the State capital. The total salaries of staff kept at these places are not less than Rs. 25,000 a month.
He/ she has also to maintain 4-5 vehicles.
An MP has to offer at least 100 cups of tea per day to his guests. Some MPs receive as many as 500 persons per day from their constituencies. Many of the guests are poor and have to be fed for a couple of days, in some cases given medical expenses and even the travel expenses to go back home. This way, his expenses on this account may be about 1 lakh rupee per month.
Their guests also make STD calls from his phone and MP’s quota of 170000 free calls per year diminishes very soon.
Poor MP has to attend some 200 marriage ceremonies and other social functions per year. Imagine the expenses !
In USA, a Senator or Congressman draws monthly salary equivalent to 10 lakh rupees, apart from his staff salary and office expenses. Leave aside MPs, the pay of our Prime Minister is just Rs. 30,000 whereas the salary of PM of a tiny nation, Singapore, is equivalent to Rs. 30 lakhs – and he also gets other facilities and perks available to Indian Prime Minister. Our MPs should get a salary by which they can lead a comfortable life. Some of them are earning money through illegal means but it is a different issue.

Back in 2005, the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Mr. Suresh Pachauri had told the Parliament the pitiable conditions of MPs in the matter of pay and allowances in comparison with other countries. He had opined that a Committee should be formed to look into the entire question of pay & allowances.

Let CEOs also enjoy perks and salaries. But highly aristocratic life and show of wealth, wasteful expenditure in marriages, parties, restaurants etc. cannot be called a healthy practice as it affects the social structure of this poor nation and brings inequality in society.
