simple

1+4=5
5+3=9

9+6 =14
16+6=21

I hope so this can only be a simple logic of sequence completion.

1, 5, 9, 15, 25, 37, 49, 63.....

Well, the answer is 21.

All the numbers correspond to the numerical values of the vowels in the alphabets.
