KEY NAAM SAI USKA BATAAYO--- What is the name we call it?

Dear All

I wanted to write a satire on present political leaders but I am not able to get the exact name. Please help me out if you can.

When the Katiya of a Bhains dies, usually we make a khol of mouth and part of thorax of katiya and get it filled with Bhussa or someting and it becomes a miniature katiya and whenver we try to miltch the Bhains we put this Khol before her and she thinks that katiya i there and Bhains Pawas jayavai Sai aur Haam dhar kadh lavain sain. I tried to ask many people but could not get the exact name we call it. Please respond-----

Dr saheb...ussnei 'PUTTNA' khyaa krein.......this may be a distorted version of PUTTLLA.
