is public awareness compulsory to get things(Road,water, misuse of services , non functioning of public official, information about all which you think can improve life of common man)done by govt .
all JLs are requested to identify such area and tasks

for all this, RTI is already in place...if people really have time to care

its not about RTI but to tell the Govt/Public officers that the public utility etc not functioning or working in proper way or damaged or you can say that The public should be one channel to inform concerned authority about deficiencies in services or malfunctioning or defects etc e.g when you are using one road every day and found that the road have potholes and creating congestion and damage to the vehicles and delaying commuter . the rectification cost of such cost is not more than say INR100000/ and the losses are very high in terms of time , damage to vehicle , cost of life accidents etc its a loss to nation

in first place you didn't write it so precisely. if this is the case, then there are post to pillar sections in newspapers...but it doesn't help untill people come in real to confront the authorities

i had such exp. and get rectification done by Govt. i my self recommend that people have to register their complain online. you can help in finding out such web addresses for refrance at JL
