The journey called life is not a bed of roses, it has ups and downs. living life is an art and who knows it, embrace every bit of it.
life has to be lived in all its dimensions,only then is life rich.life contains both it brings great pleasure, it also brings great pain. we are afraid of the dark side of the life, we don't want to be in a state of agony, we don't want to be sad. But dat is possible only if you are ready to drop the possibility of being in ecstasy. If you leave pain you have to leave the pleasure too.This has been one of the most fundamental misunderstandings down the ages, that you can leave pain and save pleasure, you can avoid hell and have heaven..........that is a great fallacy.
for centuries dat is the way of the monks......they are ready to sacrifice all possibilities of ecstasy just to avoid agony.They are ready to destroy all roseflowers just to avoid thorns but then life is flat....a long long boredom,stale...stagnant.they doesn't really live but are afraid to live.
