Currently, the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL) operates 17 nuclear power plants. See the following web page of NPCIL:

Australia is the largest producer and supplier of uranium in the world. How many nuclear plants has it? None !

i was writing some article about it.

yeah u are right uncle ji, Australia doesn't have any nuclear power plant.

firstly people cry a lot about not to put nuclear power plants in Australia.

and secondly they don't have that bigger population whose requirement they can't meet with there existing thermal power plants provided Australia is also leader in coal production.
