1 I hope u all remember ki chotte baccho ko parro par bittha ke jhuju ke maiyya ke karate the .bus vahi exercise hai knee ke liye.
so while sitting straighten each leg parallel to the floor.hold eah rep for 5 to 10 seconds.u can increase resistance by adding wts.
