1. Suppose I have some problem (hw/sw) with my PC and i ask u to help me online. i think first thing u wanna know will be few basic details about PC.
2. We on Jatland have members all over the world. Some of them access it from their village or small towns. Whereas, some members from metros and aboard (developed countries) so we can have a general idea about the current scenario.
3. How we can help? Well i m still not sure about this but may be Tech guys can suggest some better s/w or we will know what are the most popular utilities.
4. Only purpose to start this thread is to survey the computer details and we can ask the members to post their computer related grievance here. U plz suggest me also how 2 put our inputs in technical section.
