FOOD AS MEDICINE

HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish -- fish oil helps prevent headaches. (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/forangelsonly)

HAVE FEVER? EAT YOGURT!

Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses appetite and keeps the pounds from invading.... Green tea is great for our immune system)! (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/forangelsonly)

INSOMNIA (CAN'T SLEEP?) HONEY!

Un te kai cheese se jo ghar aaley natya karey, wa ke maan le se saari hum???

Don't talk in riddles and just tell should we have curd or not? Though a relative said must not take curd after evening:o
Bhai...Bukhar main dahi ghar aaley devengey jeebey khavega...
Un te kai cheese se jo ghar aaley natya karey, wa ke maan le se saari hum???

You can use dahi anytime and it helps in strengthning of ur digestion system...During illness use fresh Dahi (morning time only)..But if u r not ill then u can take dahi anytime,anywhere, in any quantity...:p
