Dear JL members,

I heard a new health problem......If anyone know about that tell me for my knowledge. What is Lethargy? What are the symptoms of Lethargy and what is the cure for this?:confused:

I guess it is because of the food you eat is not having good amount of Energy. Such as Rice, Potatoes.
It can also be because of slow digestion system.

Lethargy itself is a symptom of many diseases like low/high BP, depression, stomach problems etc etc.

It could be physical or mental.

Reasons may be many including lack of sleep, poor nutrition, slow metabolism etc etc.

It means every person can suffers from Lethargy???


Is Lethargy a medical problem or a lack of energy named as Lethargy.???

bhai ya ho to kise nai bhi ja se... koi badi baat na hai...

Main reason
1. Saari saari raat chat karo
2. Saari saari raat phone pai chipte raho
3. Sabere neend poori koni ho par pher bhi uth kai office jaaooo.
4. Office tai aande e pad jaaooo... kayoon raat to pher chat ar phone pai jaageee..
5. Bhai eb chat / phone ghane aache sain to khana bhi kam ho jaya sai... kade kime khaya to khaya nahi to nooye bhookhe rahege.... eb body bhi samaj ja sai ki you jhakoi to kime na gere bheetar nai to va retention policy apana le sai.... kamjori aajaya sai.... shareer dookhe sai ar unwanted fat chad jaya sai... body pai nahi dimaag bhi mota ho jaya sai....
6. Khel kood choot jaya sai... to shareer arram man jaya sai....

How to Avoid :

1. Bhai chahe office main kaam na karo... saare din chat / phone par lage raho par raat nai time te soojaya karo.... neend poori to dimag bhi changa... ar pet bhi sahi kaam karega..... sabte jaroori hai poori neend...
2. Saatvik bhojan karo hafte main 3 din.... pet maange chahe na maange... ek badi katori daal roj thoos loo.... ar bhai ja banan ka tyoda ho to to raat nai paani mai bhe dayoo ar sabere noon nimbo mila ke kha lyoo... ek din aacha sa ghee ka choorma... ek bade glass garam doodh ke saath...... methi palak sookha ke phis vaaloo or roj 20 gm chini mila ke kha lyoo....... jitna ho sake paani pelyooooo.... koi chinta ni ek do ghne chakkar laane padenge :).
3. Ar bhai jai friday daaroo party bird ho to..... saturday sabere kabuli chane sprouted jaroor khaa liyoo ar kam te kam 8 glass paani poore din main.....
4. Hafte main teen din kam tai kam 5-8 KM chahe jama boodyan ki dhaal bhajiye jaroor..... ar bhajaya ni ja to bhai...... roj sabere shaam 2-3 KM tej tej ghoom jaroor........
5. Ar kade nayoo laage ke khaaya piya pachda ni sai..... saare din neend aave sai..... to bhai trifla le liye.......

Eb bata .... ye to rojmarra ke kaam sain... koi bimariii hui ya bhi....

Tension na lyo.... moj lyo, ar roj lyo.....:D

Kai logan ka taste ni banta palak methi ke liye ar sai booje to inke sabji banana ar usme sawaad laana bahut okha kaam hai.... to bhai easy intake yoe sai..... aank meech ke kha lyoooo..... ar bhai palak methi ke to ghne fayede hain..... khoon saaf karen sain or iron content bhi ho sai...... balanced diet main inki bahut importance hai.... :)

Bhai methi ki sabzi ke te bahut phayde se aapne bataya iske liye dhanyawad.....but aap yeh to batao kii methi pees ke chini mila ke kyukar khaai jaa dudh gailya yaa paani gailya..........garam karke yaa nyu e gatakni se.

Indu ji.........Thanks for such infromation........but mein aapse jaanana chahta hun kii yeh koi bimari hai yaa simple aalsi logo ke behaviour ko kah dete hai yaa phir iska koi ilaaj hota hai..:confused:

Virender ji ye koi bimari nahi hai..........haa ise kuch dusuri bimariyo ka symptom kha ja sakta hai.........jaise ki agar anaemic ho toh thoda lethargic feel karta hai...........but jadatar ye aalsi logo ke liye commonly use hone wala term hai!!!!

iska ilaaj hai sahi diet & proper body activity like walking............runing etc

its a state of mind ! if that grips you... you are doomed.
if you can over power that... you are blessed.

खटिया तोड़ना... can be one of the examples of being lethargic.
it does not have any symptoms, neither it can be cured.

hope that clarifies, in bare minimal nd simple words.

Thanks Indu for this information...........Now my funda for lethargic is clear.........But can you please tell me what is the "ILAAJ" for this........when person is lethargic.......he or she doesn't want to go for run or walk.......Everytime sleep and rest on bed and when go for work "woh bhi toote godya" (knees)...........then how he or she overcome from this problem............its seems this is uncurable.

Tewatia ji aapki is mahtavpooran soochna ke liye dhanyawad...........par mein aapse kehna chahta hun kii khatiya todne wale ka koi ilaaj to ho nahin sakta naa...............aise bahut kam log honge jo apni is aadat se chhootkara paane ki kosish karte honge..........aur jitna kaam karte honge usme bhi unhne jama kasuti thakavat ho jaati hogi...............pher ke karya jaa............to phir kya hame samjhna chahiye kii lethargic insaan kaa ilaaj naamumkin hai.

राठी साहब, अब आप इस मुद्दे के पीछे लट्ठ ले कर पड़ गए हो तो मैं आपको बता दूँ... obesity can be one good reason of being lethargic. to begin with you can start by increasing yr daily intake of water. in the morning begin with honey + lime. consume as much water as you can, and make it a habit.

अगर आपकी जुबान चटोरी है, तो थोडा उसे लगाम दो... if u feel exhausted, after a bit of work-out... for sure it is cos of extra pounds tht you are carrying on yr boom boom. if u cannot excercise, you have no right to consume those extra calories. SIMPLE RULES !!!

in short shed yr weight... do dieting or whatever. यू कैन आल्सो ट्राई खेत जुताई (विध हल), डूईंग लामनी, भैंस की सानी करना etc... guess it should help.

ब्रहम तेवतिया जी इनका मार्गदरशन आप नही करेनगे तो कौन करेगा

राठी साहाब एक आध बार आदमि को ये बीमारी दूसरे भी दे देते है जैसे अभी तेवतिया जी अभी अभी इस रोग से ग्रसित हुए है ऐसे समय मे आदमी को शन्ति की सान्स लेने देनी चहिये ! आप क्रिप्या करके दो चार दिन तेवतिया जी का पान्डा छोड दे इस से पहले कि वो आपको विस्तार से समझाये ! आप गुगल क्यू नही खन्गाल लेते ?

Mein sabhi JL frends ko thanks kehna chahunga kii unhone mujhe lethargy ke concept se avgat karwaya.......Rakesh ji ke anusar mujhe google par search kar lena chahiye thaa ..........but jis dhang se aap sab logo ne mujhe samjhaya vaisa shayad mein google se search karke samajh nahin pata..... Issliye mein un sabhi logo ka aabhari hun jinhone apne gyan ke bhandar mein se mujhe yeh gyan diya......
