आदरणीय जाटलैंड्र्स

जैसा की आप सभी जानते हैं कि काफ़ी दिनों से मैं जाटलैंड पर एक "एडमिन्स" की हैसियत से अपनी जिम्मेंवारियों का निर्वाह कर रहा था…...इस दौरान मुझे आप सभी से जो सहयोग ओर साहनभूति मिली…उसी से प्रोत्साहित हो कर मैंने बिना किसी द्वेष या बिना किसी पक्षपात की भावना से, हमेशा जाटलैंड हित को सर्वोपरी मानते हुये "ना काहू से दोस्ती ना काहू से बैर"….के तहत निर्णय लिये और अपनी जिम्मेंवारियों को निष्ठा, इमानदारी और निष्पक्षता से निभाने की कोशिश की।

माना संसार में जितने भी कार्य होते हैं वह सब एक दूसरे के सहयोग से समपन्न होते हैं , इतिहास कोई अकेला नही रच सकता….इतिहास रचने के लिये अपनों की जरूरत होती है….इसी भावना को मद्देनजर रखते हुये मैने ये जिम्मेवारी ली……ओर तेजधारी तलवार पर नंगे पैर चलने की कोशिश की… इस दौरान आप को मेरी कार्यशैली ओर फ़ैसलें उचित लगे होंगे तो कुछ अनुचित भी ? ये सत्य है कि फ़ैसले सभी को एक जैसा अनुभव नही दे सकते……माना हमारे फ़ैसले सभी को प्रसन्नचित नही रख सकते….लेकिन कुछ अच्छा करने के लिये सख्त फ़ैसले लेने पडते हैं…..परन्तु जब फ़ैसलों पर लोग इतने आहत हो जाते हैं कि "जाटलैंड छोडने तक की बात कह जाते हैं"….....…तब हमें मोड/एडमिन जैसे सम्मानीय पद ओर स्वंय की गरिमा का ख्याल रखते हुये “स्वंय के लिये” कुछ अनावश्यक, अप्रिय एवं असहनीय फ़ैसले लेने पडते हैं…..जो सदस्य मेरी वजह से जाटलैंड छोड कर जाने की कह रहे हैं मेरा उन से अनुरोध है के वो यहां से ना जाये…और जाटलैंड को अपने शुद्द एवं उच्च विचारों से अपनी चिरपरीचित शैली में सुशोभित करते रहें ।

अभी मरते है जीने का ताना नही देना
ये ताना उनको देना जिनसे ऐसा हो नहीं सकता

अत: आपको ये कष्ट उठाने की आवश्यकता ना है…..आपकी खुशियों के लिये ये कार्य हम ही किये देते हैं।

कुछ दिनों से ऐसा आभास हो रहा है कि कुछ सदस्य अविशवास की भावना से ग्रस्त हो चले हैं….शिक्षित होने के बावजूद किसी के बारे में कुछ भी लिख देते है….ये तक नही समझते की इसके क्या दूषपरिणाम होगें…. "इज्जत तो इज्जत होती है….आपकी हो या हमारी"…...जैसे जल में रह कर मछली शुद्द नही हो सकती ठीक वैसे ही विचारों की शुद्दि भी सिर्फ़ शिक्षा, उच्च अहोदों पर आसीन होने से नही आ सकती….अच्छाई हमारे व्यवहार में भी झलकनी चाहिये।

इस दौर ए तरक्की के अंदाज निराले हैं
जहनों में अंधेरे….सडकों पे उजाले हैं

कुछ सदस्य आजकल सकारत्मक विचारों का चयन न कर अकसर नकारत्मक बातों में इतना उलझे रहते हैं कि उनको जिंदगी के अच्छे पहलू दिखाइ ही नही पडते….सच कहना सुनना ओर पचाना/सहना सबके बस की बात नही है…..सच्चाई अतित के गर्भ मे भी होती है…….ये बात भी सत्य है कि ऐसा सच जिसके जुबां पर आने से कयामत आये….बचना चाहिये…..जीवन में सभी प्रसन्ता चाहते हैं लेकिन उसे पाने के उन तरीकों पर ज्यादा ध्यान दे दिया जाता है जो अंत में आपको प्रसन्न्ता तो नही दे पाती, किंतु आपको दुःखी अवश्य कर देती है।

जाटलैंड एक सच्चे जाटलैंड्र्स की तरह मेरे लिये भी सम्मानीय है….मोड/एडमिन के इलावा जाटलैंड पर सदस्यों का बहुत बडा योगदान होता है….लेकिन इसका मतलब ये कतई नही है कि कोई भी सदस्य जिसका योगदान भले ज्यादा भी रहा हो….उसको मोड/एडमिन को बिना कोई ठोस वजह अपमानित करने का अधिकार मिले….जब कोई मोड/एडमिन इमानदारी, अधिकार, जवाबदेही व सामुहिक हित की भावना से औत-प्रोत होकर अपने कर्तव्य का निष्ठापूर्वक पालन कर रहा हो….आप न जाने किस दुर्भावना से प्रेरित होकर ऐसे इल्जामात थोप देतें हैं जिनका कोई आधार नही होता।

ऐसे ही कुछ हादसे चंद दिनों में मैने झेले हैं ?
हादसे तो रोज़ होते हैं…मगर..जिन्दा हूं ये मेरी माँ की दुआओं का असर लगता है
जिन्दगी तूने मेरी कब्र से कम दी है जिन्दगी…पैर फ़ैलाता हूँ तो दिवार पर सर लगता है

बुर्जगों ने भी कहा है कि जब सोना कानों को काटने लगे तो सोने को भी निकाल देना चाहिये ।

खुशी ऐसी चीज़ नही जो किसी परिस्थिती या आपके प्रति किसी व्यक्ति विशेष के व्यवहार की मोहताज हो…..यह तो वह भाव है जिसका सृजन स्वंय आप करते हैं, अत: सदस्यों की खुशियों ओर भावनाओं की कद्र करते हुये मैं एडमिन पद से अपने आप को मुक्त कर रहा हूं। आशा करता हूँ कि कम से कम मेरे इस फ़ैसले से तो आप सभी अवश्य सहमत होंगे।

दुनिया जिसे कहते है जादू का खिलोना है !
मिल जाये तो मिट्टी है खो जाये तो सोना है !! :p

पहनावे में आप एक दम यहाँ के सही सरपंच लगते है . इसलिए आप इस
पद को नही छोडे . ये हमारी आपसे गुजारिश है . अच्छे इन्सान को जिमेदारी
से नही भागना चाहिए .

Bhai Navdeep, totally agree with you. Virender narwal ji is doing great service without any doubt for jatland. The posts written by sachin and anil are very derogatory and disguisting from their part and very highly condemable from my side.They should behave properly and show repect to senior JL members. Verender narwal ji certainly does not deserve this kind of treatment from fellow memebers. He is giving his valuable time to our community without any self interest. We must appreciate him for this service. Its my humble request to Virender ji to continue with moderatorship.

I think you are doing a great job and I didn't find any unnecessary decision taken by you. I personally believe you should not quit and should work on the unity of all Jats. Every person has its own thoughts and sometimes he/she try to enforce it (Jat's main jyada se) but it doesn't mean we are not aware of the situations you guys face on daily basis.

I must appreciate the joint exercise by several mods. Infractions, post deletions, discussions are not larger than life and members should refrain themselves to put their hands to others neck. They dont have any right to write anything abusive to others.

Narwal ji ne sahi kaha ki modship se badi ijjat hai. Owners of this site should take some more steps towards this. DnDeshwal, Sanjeet Ahlawat, Satyepal Deshwal and now these mods. There should be an end to it.

It will be better to leave this site without moderatorship for 2 months just for experiment. Then members will only know the significance. Its very easy to create false ids and write anything about anyone. And I feel if this is the case then nobody will pick this hot seat in future.

* One more thing I dont understand is when there is a provision made earlier not to show his/her id while doing the moderatorship. Even then why Mods are doing it with personal ids. In this case if the members havent received the message from a particular moderator then he might not have written bad about one moderator. Please wear bullet proofs.

Thode bahut logo ke hito ka dhyan rakhne ke chakkar mein bahut sare logo ka ahit karna katayee achha decision nahi hai.

Dear Mods and all other members:
Don't you think it is a collective revolution of all the Moderators on Jatlsnd..... as I can perceiove, it seems that all the mods were fed-up with the job assigned to them (or accepted by them).....
Although I am a comparatively new member..... but I can say that we are a small joint family here.... and there are and will be difference of opinion among the members just like any home..... in our home we try to get seperated from our parents and other loved ones and on JL some mods (who are supposed to be more sensible and mature among us) are threatning to quit......
I hope better sense prevails upon them and this should stop after two three days..........
In my openion Mr. Narwal should not have brought this issue in public with so much vengence, he should have consulted with other mods and with some senior members on JL.......

I also think that it is not good decision on the part of other two mods.... it is not a coalition governmet functioning here that one member/mod says that he want's to quit and another seconds him...... :confused:

When Narwal is wearing a pagri (literally & symbolically) he should also had known the accompanied baggage with this 'choudhar' and now that he is wearing it..... he should have a cool head and sustain the onslought of some members...... which is my opinion is bound to happen like in a home of more than one child one or other will always complain that parents doesn't love them as others, but only the parents knows the truth and they NEVER QUIT.....

Lastly, it is your decision..... do whatever you think fit.......

भाइयो... राम राम !

कुछ बातें इस थ्रेड में मेरे को समझ नहीं आई...भाइयो सचिन भाई की पोस्ट देखि मैंने..... उस ने अगर दिल दुखाया तो बहुत ही बुरी बात है.... और ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए था..... लेकिन सचिन के इस गुस्से के पीछे कई छिपे हुए कारण थे,,,,,, जो यहाँ पर शायद सब लोग नहीं जानते.....

१. नरवाल जी ने कुछ पोस्ट डिलीट कर दी सचिन भाई की... और सचिन भाई ने उसका विरोध किया. इन लोगों की कुछ बात भी हुयी जो की सचिन के प्रोफाइल में दिख रही है..... उसके बाद सचिन ने खुद से प्रार्थना कर के अपने आप को बैन करवा लिया..... और हमेशा के लिए इस साईट को छोड़ कर चला गया ..... फेर रोल्ला किस बात का ? क्यूँ उसके पोस्ट अन-डिलीट करे? एब वोह चला एः गया तो किस बात का रोल्ला...? एक बात बताओ...... आगर कोए इंग्लिश में "Rape under the shower in some California Jail" लिख जया तोह उसका तो कोए एक्शन नहीं लेते मोड्डे .... लेकिन सचिन भाई ने मजाक में हिंदी में लिखा तो उस पे कैंची पे कैंची......... मान लिया की वोह थोडा सा ब्लंट सा लिखते हैं.... लेकिन किसी को गाली तो नहीं दी ...... किसी को कुछ गलत नहीं कहा.....वोह यू पी से होते हुए भी कांग्रेस और श्री भूपेंदर हूडा के फैन है....... और मे इनेलो का ..... लेकिन फिर भी में उनकी भावनाओं की किअद्र करता हूँ..... क्यूंकि उनकी बातों में सच्चाई है.... और वोह सीधी बात लिखते हैं....और चाहे किसी पार्टी के हों..... जाट हैं .... और जाटों की भलाई की सोचते हैं.....सो राजनितिक रूप से उनका विरोधी होते हुए भी अगर में उनकी बातो में कुछ अच्छाई बता रहा हूँ तो कोई कारण होगा ......


२. दूसरी बात.... नरवाल जी ने योह थ्रेड शुरू करा था अपने इस्तीफे की "सूचना" देने के लिए.... इस में "कड़वे सच" आली कौन सी बात हो गयी ? किसी मोड्डे को अगर जाना है तो जाओ आपकी सेवाओं के लिए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद..........लेकिन फेर योः ड्रामा किस बात का भाई ? अगर यहाँ से "जाना" मकसद होता तो शायद यह थ्रेड शुरू न होता ......

में भी १ महीने के लिए बैन कर दिया था ,,,,,, बिना बात ,,,, लेकिन मेंने तो इस्सा कोई थ्रेड शुरू नहीं करा...... विवेक पानू भी बिना किसी बात के बैन हुआ.... सचिन भी.......फेर भी सब ने सेहन किया.... मेरी तो सिर्फ गलती या थी की कांग्रेस के खिलाफ लिखा .... और यहाँ कुछ मोड्डों को यह बात पसंद ना आई/......

३. मोड्डे भी सब दूध के धुले न सें ....जब समर को मोडीया पद से हटाने की मांग चल रही थी तो कुछ मोड्डे खुद फोन कर कर के कह्या करते की एब न्यू लिख दयो ....एब न्यू लिख दयो........ घना मुह मत खुलवाओ ,,,,,,, न तो बची खुची इज्जत भी चली जा.....

मेरे को ज्यादा नहीं पता की असली कारण क्या है और क्यूँ इस तरह का थ्रेड शुरू करा गया ..... लेकिन मेरी सारे मोड्डों से हाथ जोड़ कर प्रार्थना है की कृपया ना जाएँ ..... अगर मेरे जैसे मेंबर को अपने जाटलैंड के करियर की कुर्बानी देनी पडे तो हम तैयार हैं ...... सचिन भाई तो वैसे भी जा चूका है,,


,शायद सचिन को अपने डिलीट किये गए पोस्ट के लिए कभी संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला ....और शायद उनका गुस्सा इकठा हो गया .... ...मुझे तो समस्या की जड़ यह लगती है की काफी बार मुश्किल फैसले लेने पड़ते हैं मोड्डे लोगों को.... लेकिन फैसले एक समान और सब के लिए बराबर रखने की कोशिश होनी चाहिए..... और फिर भी अगर किसी मेंबर को संतुष्टि नहीं मिल रही है तो उसके कारणों पर विचार करना चाहिए..... दिक्कत तब आती है जब मोड्डे काफी बार कड़क फैसला तो ले लेते हैं लेकिन उसको JUSTIFY नहीं कर पाते... ,लेकिन इसका मतलब यह है की सब को मिल बैठ कर यह सोचना चाहिए की ऐसे हालत में कैसे संतुष्टि की जाए ताकि मेम्बेर्स को संतोषजनक जवाब मिल सके ..... मोड्डों का जाना इस समस्या का समाधान नहीं है ...



इसके बाद में इस थ्रेड पे कुछ नहीं लिखना चाहता ...... क्यूंकि में लिखूंगा तो साफ़ साफ़ .... चाहे वो किसी को बुरा लगे.... ,,,,,,,, सो किसी के लिए अच्छा नहीं होगा.... राम राम !!,

मैंने यहाँ अक्सर देखा हैं की कुछ लोग JL के किसी मेंबर के बारे में कुछ भी लिख जाते हैं थ्रेड में भी और चौपाल में भी | भाई यहाँ कोनसी आँख मिला के लिखना हो स किम्मे लिख दो ., जोर तो तब आया करे जब किसे त आँख मिला के बात कहनी हो |

Its nice to see some unity here atleast among the Mods ......Almost all mods hav come in full support to VN ji.
But still i dont think Quitting from the Mods position is a good option.....it will do no good for JL. I don't know whether deleting the threads and post are collective effort of Mods. But its quite depressing to see all Mods came out resigning. They are the responsible and accountable person here and should not run away from their resposiblities.

Richard Nixon once said: "I have never been a quitter. To leave office before my term is completed is opposed to every instinct in my body. But as president I must put the interests of America first ... Therefore, I shall resign the presidency effective at noon tomorrow."


VN ji and All mods, for whom interest are u guys quitting here.

और जैसा की आपने ठीक कहा...बुरे शब्द हर किसी के लिए बुरे हैं.. ओर उनकी जितनी भर्त्सना की जाए वोह ठीक ही है...... लेकिन हमें यह भी देखना होगा की किसी मेंबर में इतना गुस्सा क्यों इकठ्ठा हुआ ....ऐसा कर के हम आने वाले वक़्त में ऐसे प्रकरणों को रोक सकते हैं......

और में खुद भी बहुत सोच समझ कर इस पूरे प्रकरण के हर पहलु पर विचार कर के ही अपने विचार प्रकट कर रहा हूँ......ताकि किसी की भावनाओं को ठेस न पहुंचे ओर हम सब सोहार्द के साथ जाटलैंड पर परिवार की तरह से हंसते खेलते रहे.....आमीन !!

Valid thoughts.

People won't mind taking the hot seat. However, would they take care of the responsibilities of moderatorship would be another story.

Usage of a common id for moderators: This would definitely avoid the grievances and derogatory remarks against a particular moderator.

P.S. It was dissappointing to read a comment by Anil Sangwan Ji about some moderators encouraging members to write against another moderator. The irony of Unity!!!!



It will be better to leave this site without moderatorship for 2 months just for experiment. Then members will only know the significance. Its very easy to create false ids and write anything about anyone. And I feel if this is the case then nobody will pick this hot seat in future.

* One more thing I dont understand is when there is a provision made earlier not to show his/her id while doing the moderatorship. Even then why Mods are doing it with personal ids. In this case if the members havent received the message from a particular moderator then he might not have written bad about one moderator. Please wear bullet proofs.

I am here since 2002 and seen many worthy member left in between, b,coz they felt humiliated by some of members personal comments. Like now Admin. Virender Narwal is feeling He is a rare among rare Jat who is a successful in businessman and belong from cultured family who hold all kind of CHOUDHAR” in their home district. He is giving his valuable time to our JL… but now disheartened by personal comments ..Aur Admin. Ki us So called CHOUDHAR ko Laat marne ki Tayyar hai Jiske liye Kai lallayit hai.

Instead of doing some constructive work and develop our community, we just do these type of counter attacks on each other. Agar koi Nasamjh bachcha nadani karta hai to usko tul dene ke bajae taalna behtar hai. Ye hi baddapan kahlayega. Baddapan vyavahar mein deekhna chahiye na ki Biography mein.

Today I got a comment on an international forum Toolbox for IT and I shocked

Bilkul yehi mere vichaar hai.

VN ji ek bade bhai ke roop mein hai. Bangaloe mein rehte hue mujhe kabhi akela mehsoos nahi hua. Hamesha lagta hai ki koi family support hai. Kuch bhi parehsaani hui, VN ji ko call kiya aur baate share ki. Lekin jab kuch posts padhi unke khilaaf apshabd dekhe toh achha nahi laga. Jo aadmi apna kaam itni sincerity se karta hai uske khilaaf bhi log hai aur aisi bhasha ka istemaal karte hai.

Ek ye Sangwaan ji hai jo sabki bahut izzat karte hai. Muh par thappad mar do aur fir kaho bahut izzat karta hoon... ye koun si izzat hai bhai ... kaha se sikhi itni izzat karni.

Woh kehte hai na ek machali saare talab ko ganda kar deti hai... Arre sidha solution hai ... machali ko nikal fenko ... kyu talab ke paani ko gaadhala kar rahe ho... agar koi doosri machali bhi infected ho(which i am sure ki kam se kam ek toh hai) toh usse bhi sadne se pehle hi fenk do.

Narwal ji, Jaise sabhi ne upar likha ki aapka kaam sabko pasand hai aur sab chhte hai aap apna ye daayitav fir se sambhaale. Mein aasha karta hoon ki aap itne logo ki request ki izzat karenge. पड़े पड़े मशीन में जंग लग जाता है इसके लिए समय समय पे उसकी सफाई होती रहनी चाहिए उसमे तेल पानी चेक करते रहना चाहिए ! अब यही हाल हमारे पंच सरपंचो का हो गया था ! ये भी फोली फोली खान लग लिए थे ! इनको सुप्तावस्था से जगाने के लिए ऐसे ही किसी धमाके की जरूरत थी ! लोग भी पोस्ट को रिपोर्ट करते करते थक गए थे और ये हालत देख कर असामाजिक तत्वों के होसले भी बुलंद हो गए थे ! हम समाज में एकजुटता देखना चाहते हैं और मेरे कंप्यूटर के स्क्रीन पे बैठे हुए मुझे महसूस हो रहा है की हमारे पंच और सरपंचो की ही आपस में नहीं बन रही है ! बाकी कल पंचो की activeness देख के मुझे यही महसूस हुआ की जो हुआ आछा हुआ सारे पंच एकजुट हो गए हैं और शायद ऐसी घटना की पुनरावृति ना हो ! कोई भी पद जो समाज के लोगो के ऊपर होता है उसमे एक गरिमा होनी चाहिए और मैं यही कहूँगा की हमारे पंच उस गरिमा को बनाये हुए हैं ! नरवाल साहब खुद समाज में एक रुतबा रखते हैं और मेरे ख्याल उन्हें इस बात की अंदाजा होना चाहिए की लोग रुतबा रखने वालो पर ही उंगली उठाते हैं ! ऐसी स्तिथि में हम अपना पद छोड़ कर भाग जाये , ये तो कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ ! बल्कि हमे अपने आप को और बेहतर बन के उन उंगली उठाने वालो की उंगली की पहुँच से बहुत ऊपर उठ जाना चाहिए ! आप खुद ही कहते हैं कर भला सो हो भला फिर आप क्यों सोचने लगे की आप लोगो का भला कर रहे हैं और आपका बुरा होगा ? आपको अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए और में उम्मीद करता हूँ की ये धागा दोपहर तक तालाबंद हो जायेगा !

First of all, I would like to say that Mr. Narwal has done an excellent job as a moderator. He was fair in his treatment of members and tried to work out issues in as amicable of a manner as possible. It is unfortunate that he has decided to leave this job despite all of us trying to convince him otherwise.

There are disputes in every household, and especially when it comes to the hot headed Jats, this is all the more true. Sometimes you can take the insults and sometimes you can't. I have had several such instances of my own where I felt like some people were ganging up on us, but fortunately, the drive to do something for the overall Jat community has always overruled any ideas of leaving the site! My service to this site needs no reward, no appreciation, no applause. Just the gratification of helping even one person finding their life partner is sufficient for me. What could be bigger reward than getting two souls together for life? Even if I had to listen to a few people cursing me or calling me names, is it not worth it to continue my mission? At least I think it is.

It is heart-warming to see so many people coming in to bat for Narwal ji, but in the end it was his decision to make and through several of his posts, he made it quite clear that he wants to be free from these shackles. Let us all respect his wishes. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for all the work he has done for us!

Lastly, as for other moderators, I am willing to accept anyone and everyone's resignation if they feel that they have lost the drive to continue. I will continue to work for the betterment of this platform even if left all alone.

It is rather painful to see that history repeats itself on Jatland with such regularity. All of us should be ashamed, including me, for being responsible to cause hurt to another Jatlander. The youngsters have failed to prove that they are progressing in the real sense of the word and the elder ones are guilty of lack of leadership and maturity. How can we be so inhuman to each other? If this is our behavior with one another on a virtual medium, I wonder how some of us treat our near and dear ones in real life. I pity the condition of parents of some incorrigible members and the children of few elder members. With the kind of persona that we display, I am sure some of us are a real pain in the ass of others around us.

I can’t understand a simple fact as to how during a simple discussion two mature persons can start abusing each other. Also there are some who want to keep posting relentlessly. A sensible person should make a point and wait for others to comment and not start replying to each post. If there is a further clarification needed, do so again. I think that should be it.

Discussing families is the last thing that should be allowed on these forums. For that there is PM. Like someone said, all are ‘so called educated’ here. I have said it umpteen times that all JATS are related to one another in one form or the other. Why can’t we understand this simple fact? Then we say we lag behind other communities. With such mannerisms, we will.

Another point: A new member joins and starts posting as though he/she is an authority on everything in this world. No one takes the pains to go through the archives to at least understand what all topics have been discussed earlier or in the recent past.

My last request, with folded hands, to all members is to ‘GROW UP’. Don’t waste your time in trying to prove yourself better than the next person. Life is too short to have grudges or prove a point. There is no elder or younger here. We are all individuals with equal rights and all are free to have their opinions and liberty to express them. But please remember “Your liberty ends where my nose starts”.

I am sure the moderators are mature enough to consider or reconsider their decisions.

It is heart-warming to see so many people coming in to bat for Narwal ji, but in the end it was his decision to make and through several of his posts, he made it quite clear that he wants to be free from these shackles. Let us all respect his wishes. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for all the work he has done for us!

Lastly, as for other moderators, I am willing to accept anyone and everyone's resignation if they feel that they have lost the drive to continue. I will continue to work for the betterment of this platform even if left all alone.

Sir there is a huge difference between being educated and being literate, i hope you appreciate that and the other member who pointed this out.

It's not only about JL but i personally feel that this is the biggest problem educated young India faces. Our education system is focused towards scores and overall development of individuals is not a concern for both the educators and guardians. so why blame such repeated disappointments here, after all we all can deliver to our capacity only.
