It give you a free phone number in US and free calling in US and Canada and is available only by Invite as of now.

Yes Dagar Bhai is right, it is usefull only if you have a phone service in US or Canada, because Google give free calling only for these two countirs as of now.
So Jit and Rajiv Bhai, in case it is of no use to you, please pass on to some other member.
