How much KM you run or walk daily?? try to do atleast 4-5 KM if not doing it already. Say a BIG No to "tali hui cheeje" and "drinks (soft/hard)". Increase intake of fruits (avoid banana),and fibre in ur diet. Try to increase your speed while jogging and do the exercises in morning(if doin in evening). it will have maximum effect. Evenings you can do jogging lil bit (if you have time) or walk briskly for a kilometer or 2. And stick to your exercise routine. Don't miss it. Alkas chodna padega jama. Nyu na kariyo ke "re kal to kari e thi exercise, aaj koni karta, kal dekhenge!! ;)" .This will definitely help you!

Kassi tha ki khet me chalya jaya kar bhai Pet kati Jhad jaga. Er Roti jhak ki kha na te pet ka te bera na jhadeyga ek nahi tanne andheri jaroor aawengi unki garanti se, juice me kuch na dharya nira baathroom aawega.

either you are eating more.exercise never leads to wt loss immediately unlike dieting.intially you gain wt when you start exercising and become bulky bcoz you bulid some muscle with preexisting fat.once you build enough muscle you will start loosing fat provided your diet is controlled.have patience it takes months before you see results but they will be long term with a toned body.all the bestt

It's not rocket science buddy.... Its just simple maths..

Burn more than you take.. Exercise as much as you can.. Stretch your nerves ... Taras bhi maat kha apne gaat pee.. Itna ragad dee

5 time khana kha.. khoob fruit khaa.. khub dudh/dahi lee.. daru maat pee. bidi/cigratte maat pee..

Weight loss hoga jarur agar pura hanga lawega exercise karan main...

Agar app sochte hoo hafte main thoda gaat halan teh kaam hoga.. toh woh beham chod do.

Bhai rai niri daaru pe raj ke ek mahine........ isa haal hoja ga gaat ka ke toon aap kawega .... main to pahle hi theek tha........ pher kuch kam karan ki jaroorat ni...

Jokes apart.....
if u just want to loose weight.... then increase intake of water in ur diet and run everyday for 5-6 KM without fail for atleast a month...... pindi dookaingeee par rukiye na.... jama baanka nojawan ho jayaga........ ar bhaaje jad panjaan par bhajiye jai aidee tekega to baaki saare haad dookainge....

Bhai shuru-2 me 200-400 meter e bhajiye kadey pehldey di e ghana bhaj liya te baanka nahi banga naujawan hojaga.
