Are they sick and tired of:

Waking up in the morning dreading the day and feeling like you should just stay in bed?

Feeling like nobody appreciates you and most people don't even seem to think you can do anything right?

Worrying that you’ll get fired every morning when you get to work?

Feeling bad or unworthy of friendship, love or respect?

Struggling to make friends? You find social situations make you feel nervous to the point that you can’t even speak?

Knowing you could achieve much more, but you don't have the confidence to face new challenges?

Feeling powerless, like a victim all the time?

Feeling trapped just like you're tied to the tracks and the train's bearing down on you?

Can we Imagine How our Life Would Change If we Had Sky-High Confidence and Self-Esteem?

The only and sole reason is they are not able to face themselves.
If you are able to face yourself you can face anyone in the world.

Just trust yourself more than anything.

Better to go for positive points and learn those only/-

1. Try to Face "yourself" ,
2. Know your "Present State" and
3. "believe in yourself".
4. Accept the Reality "You came alone in this world and one day you would have to left alone".
5. Try and always be Ready to help others.
6. Do what you enjoy the most.
7. Whatever you do,do it With full dedication.
8. Don't think about Low or High "Self esteem"...Just "Do your Duty" .
