Dear All,
I just want to know that in case someone don't have DOB & residence proof, his/her PAN can be made or not.
Actually the case is that my mother's name appearing on voter id card is with surname as singh whereas in bank she has a/c with surname as devi, moreover her school certificate is misplaced. So in case someone who is CA
or can guide in this complicated matter will be highly appreciated. Actually its very urgent as bank official are asking, otherwise a lot of money will be deducted as per tax. Iam staying in Mehrauli, & need to know where in Vasant Kunj is UTI office.
