Whenever summer comes all the creatures want to hide themselves to resist themselves from this quite hot and sunny weather which makes the skin care a nightmare .Summer not only brings mouth watered fruits like mangoes bt also brings sweat ,dust and the heat that shrivels up the skin causes the sun tan .This sweat –water combines with excreatory elements like urea ,salicylic acid that’s coats the body with bad ordour salts and the natural oils of face ,our scalp mixed with this sweat and cause sensitivity and redness.

So here are some remedies by which u can contend with this hotty weather

Basic steps are the same that’s cleaning tonning and moisturising.some peole avoid this last step that is of moisturising in summer bt it is also an essential thing during summer to keep ur skin glowing. Wash your face frequently, using a gentle face wash. And apply a good moisturiser having sun protection factor also. Avoid harsh soaps as they cause dryness as well as rebound oiliness. Soothe the skin with ice cubes, applying ice directly on clean skin and then dabbing it dry.

Do not step out in the sun between 11 am to 2 pm, when UV exposure is maximum. If exposure is unavoidable, use a sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15-30, which is best suited for Indian skin types.
Lower SPF is ineffective, higher causes skin damage. Choose a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB and apply it 10 minutes before stepping out . Re-apply every two hoursTake a best quality umbrella of dark colour and hand gloves of light colour which can help you in resisting from the battle of sun –tan

Always try to wear loose and cotton clothes. Cover up using caps, scarves and full-sleeved shirts.

Now comes hair which is also an essential part of beauty . Oily hair can make your skin spotty and prone to acne, so wash it regularly, especially after exercising, stepping outdoors or doing any work that makes you sweat. Excess shampooing does not harm the hair, but go for a normal shampoo.After washing sqeeze a lemon in one cup of water and rinse your hair with that .As this will keep ur hairs more beautiful . avoid damages also .

Last bt most impotant is your diet and nutrition .Avoid oily and deep fried eatables .Eat fruits and lots of salad .Drink lots of lots water and avoid alkohol.
