kya hain martuya bhoj:- adhiniyam ki dhara 2 main martuya bhoj ki paribhasha di gayi hain! iske aanushar kisi bhi vaykti di martuya ke upalaksh main kiye jane wale bhoj ko martuya bhoj kaha gaya hain! lekin martuya ke aavsar par dharmik pooja- path ko aathva aanusthan ke aantargat parivar ke logon, pooja karane wale vayktiyon, brahmanon, fakiron aadi ko bhojan karaya jana martuya bhoj nahin mana gaya hain! basharte aisa bhoj 100 se adhik vayktiyon ke liye na ho! is prakar ispasht hain ki martuya ke aavsar par parijano, barhmanon, fakiron aadi ko bhojan karan martuya bhoj nahin hain lekin inki sankhaya 100 se aadhik nahin honi chahiye!

dand:- aadhiniyam ki dhara 3 main martuya bhoj ka aayojan karne, martuya bhoj dene & martuya bhoj main bhag lene ko dandniya aapradh mana gaya hain! martuya bhoj karne ke liye uksana, dusparerit karna aur usme sahayata karna bhi aapradh hain! iske liye dhara 4 me ek varsh ki aavdhi ki jail aathva 1000/- rs. ke jurmane yaa donon se dandit karne ka pravdhan hain!

nishhedhagya:- martuya bhoj ko rokne ke liye aadhiniyam ki dhara 5 ke tahat saksham nyayalay dwara nishhedhagya jari ki ja sakegi! Aesi nishhedhagya ka ullanghan karne par dhara 6 ke tahat ek saal ki aavdhi ke karavas yaa 1000 rs. Ks jurmane yaa donon ki vyavastha ki gayi hain!

Suchna:- martuya bhoj ki suchna dene ka dayitva dhara 7 ke aantaragart us shrtra ke sarpanch, panch, patwari yaa lambardar par aadhiropit kiya gaya hain! Suchna nahin diye jane par aise sarpanch, panch, patwari yaa lambardar ko tin maah tak ki aavadhi ke karawas aathva jurmane aathva donon se dandit kiya ja sakega!

Vicharan:-
Martuya bhoj samandhi aapradhon ka vicharan pratham shreni majistet dwara kiya ja sakega! Parsanghan ke liye ek saal ki pariseema nirdharit ki gayi hain!
Is parkar martuya bhoj ek kupratha hi nahin, aapitu yah ek dandniya aapradh bhi hain!!

Saluram Ji , info share karne ke liye dhayawad , Mujhe ye maloom nahi tha ... Baaki hame es kupratha se nijad paana hooga!!!!

malik ji yeh martuya bhoj rajasthan main hota hain aur rajasthan vidhansabha dwara 1960 main martuya bhoj nivaran kanoon parit kiya gaya.

kaaj kaadhanaa kaa matalab ho se , kaam par jaanaa yaa kaam suru karnaa,13 din ke shok ke baad ( 13 din tak kaam band kar diyaa jaataa hey } par pandyaa nu khuwaan kaa kaam koni hondaa yo to jo riste-naatedaar 13 vi me aatey hein kewal wo pahali baar chulhaa jalaa kar khanaa baanaatey hein,aur sab apney ghar se aattaa aur dusraa saamaan le kar aarey hein hein ,ismey kitney aadmi hon ye bhi koi pkkaa ni hotaa .iss parkaar shok-shampit pariwaar par koi bojh ni padtaa.

Bhai Saluram Ji, ek Vijay bhai hein Rajasthan se JL par. Wo doosre thread mein bata rahe they ki there are no Khaps in Rajasthan. Please put some light on this. How many khaps are there or name a few etc.

narendra ji main barmer se hoon aur hamare yahan goutra ke bade choudhary hote hain yanni ki punch vo khap ke jaise hi hote hain .koi ladka ladki love marrige karte hain to panchayat bulai jati hain jyadatar case main ladka ladki ke parivar ka hooka pani band kar diya jata hain. mere khayaal se vo khap ke barabar hi to hain.

भाई सालूराम आपकी बात तो ठीक सै कि यो काज का रिवाज राजस्थान के कुछ जिलो मे है जैसे चुरु, बाढ्मेर, सीकर आदि मे और हरियाणा के भिवानी जिले के कुछ इलाके मे खासकर राजस्थान से लगते हुए गावो मे भी. हमारे गाव मे भी है ये रिवाज. परन्तु इस मामले मे खाप का कोइ दबाव नही होता. ये तो परिवार की अपनी मर्जी और सोच पर निर्भर करता है. निष्कर्श ये है कि यह बिल्कुल फ़िजूल खर्ची है और इस बुराइ को दूर करवाने मे खाप पन्चायते महत्व्पूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकती है. शिक्शित लोगो को इस बुराइ को दूर करने के लिए पहल करनी चाहिए. और शायद ऐसा हो भी रहा है.

Hum Jaat jitney Dhanwaan hotey jaa rahey hai ,utney hee ganda tabeez,murthee pooja pandey poojaree,modaa muskar aadi key chakkar mein phans gaye hai.Agey agey kya hota hai. Kya zamana aisey hee soyegaa.

Once upon a time person A & B were staying infront of each other in a village C. Father of A was very old, one day the father wanted to eat Ladoos & requested his son A for ladoos, A didnot care to reply, hence the old man again ask for ladoos in a louder voice, the son A hit his father with a log & the father died. Person B witnessed the incident. After few days person A collected the village elders for Karaj / mirtuya bhoj & said that he wants to do a karaj & wants to give ladoos to every one in the village for the peace of the sole of his father. Person B was present in the meeting, nareted the story of death & refused to participate in the karaj after knowing the truth, the whole village refused to attend the Bhoj. There fore, we must lookafter our parents/elders when they are alive, there is no point in such a wasteful expenditure & useless practice

Mere Vichar say jo bhee kaam( jismay atyadhi kharch hota hai) khushi say kiya jai wo achchaa hai or jo kisses dabav mein kiya jai wo galat hai. Sabhi jagah alag-2 riti rivaj hai or unhey maan kar hee hum apnee sanskriti ko jiveet rakh saktey hai. Sudharon kee jagah sabhi kaamo mein hoti hai or sudhar karney chahiyea per jo jiskay reti rivaj hain uney band karna ya unka aanavsyan virdh karna bhee anuchit hai.. Yea tey dono eak hee sikkay key do pahlu ho gai eak unhey jabardasti karney per majboor karna hai or dusna khushi say karney walo ko na karney key liyea majboor karna. i AGREE THAT IF ONE CAN EFFORD & LIKE TO DO SUCH bHOJ, NO BODY SHOULD HAVE OBJECTION, BUT bROTHER SUCH PRACTICE IN THE SOCIETY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FORCES OTHERS TO GO FOR SUCH UNWANTED & UNEFFORDABLE bHOJ AND THAT IS WHY IT IS TERMED AS KUPARTHA. If you think seriously, is there any benifit of such Bhoj, There are many other ways to pay respect to our elders. Most important is to lookafter our elders when they are alive.

karmveer singh ji maine west rajasthanb ka haal bataya tha lekin kuch member ne kaha ki sirf aapke yahan hi yeh rivaj hain na ki hamare yahan aisa nahin hota.
kuch panch log badav dalkar aise faltoo kharsh karte hain yeh satya hain hume iska virodh karna chahiye.

Kimme koni yo..Yo hai buss bharaman ki dukaan challan ka tarikka..Innai desh ko bahut nuksaan pahuchaya hai..ibb bhi laag re hain..baaki time ke saath sab change ho raha hai..log samghdaar ho re hai..aage koni challe ye pratha.
